Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
1. One Offer Per User
Complimentary token offers are limited to one per user. Multiple accounts created to claim the offer will be suspended without refund. Each user, defined by email address and payment method, is eligible for this offer only once.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting content from our platform
- Sending unsolicited communications or spam
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempting to manipulate billing or generate fraudulent charges
- Generating excessive automated traffic without authorization
- Abusing free tiers or complimentary offers
- Sharing API keys across multiple users to circumvent rate limits
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access proprietary systems
3. Account Monitoring
We reserve the right to audit accounts for suspicious activity, including excessive API calls, unusual traffic patterns, or attempts to manipulate billing systems. Automated monitoring is in place to detect and prevent abuse.
4. Credit and Token Restrictions
Credits and complimentary tokens:
- May not be transferred between accounts
- May not be sold or exchanged for cash
- May not be used to purchase third-party services
- Cannot be redeemed for monetary value
5. Consequences of Violation
Accounts violating this policy may be subject to:
- Immediate suspension of service
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of all credits and tokens
- Legal action for damages
- Reporting to appropriate authorities

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may contact support@llmbridge.io. We review appeals on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of the appeal process may result in permanent termination.
