1. Subscription Plans
Monthly plans include a fixed number of tokens, resetting on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
Available plans:
- Basic — $4.99/month · 2,000,000 tokens · 20 RPM
- Premium — $12.99/month · 10,000,000 tokens · 60 RPM
- Enterprise — $29.99/month · 30,000,000 tokens · 150 RPM
2. Overage Charges
Once your monthly quota is exhausted, usage will be charged at the applicable overage rate for your plan tier, based on the model used. Charges are deducted from your account credits.
3. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused tokens, and complimentary credits. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or misunderstanding of service pricing.
5. Complimentary Tokens
New users receive 100,000 complimentary tokens on sign-up, valid for 30 days after activation. These tokens are subject to overage rates and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
6. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly by default. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Billing Data
All billing data is subject to backend system records. We reserve the right to adjust service terms moderately with reasonable notice.
